We offer four levels of event planning services to fit your needs:
- Full-Service Planning – From concept to execution, we handle every detail, ensuring a seamless event.
- Partial Planning– A collaborative approach where we assist with specific planning stages while you manage others.
- Coordinating– You handle the planning, and we step in to coordinate the event day. Perfect for weddings, tradeshows, conferences, and other events. We can manage vendors, oversee registration, assist speakers, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Consulting – Need expert guidance? We provide vendor recommendations, timeline creation, floor plans, and answers to all your event-related questions.
2. How much does it cost to hire an event planner in North Carolina?
Pricing varies based on the level of service, event size, and complexity. We offer customized packages to fit different budgets. Contact us for a personalized quote!
3. When should I book an event planner for my event?
Ideally, we recommend booking: 6-12 months in advance. If you're outside this timeframe, still reach out! Availability depends on the event type and planning status— we’ve successfully planned events in as little as 48 hours and as long as 2 years in advance.

We work with a variety of venues across NC, including ballrooms, conference centers, outdoor spaces, and unique event locations. We’re happy to guide you to the right venue once we learn more about your event’s needs.
